Apotheker Instellingenapotheek Alkmaar 24-32 uur Wie ben jij? Ben jij een apotheker die echt gaat voor de inhoud? Vind je het leuk om je vast te bijten in complexe farmaceutisch vraagstukken, snel te schakelen en praktische oplossingen te zoeken voor specialisten, zorgmedewerkers en apotheekteam? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou! Instellingen apotheek ReZA zoekt een apotheker voor 24-32 uur. De vacature staat open voor ervaren apothekers, maar ook voor starters. Opleiding tot specialist op termijn mogelijk. Wie zijn wij en wat ga je doen? ReZA is een apotheek die uitsluitend farmaceutische zorg levert aan zorginstellingen. Het zijn zeer uiteenlopende instellingen zoals GGZ, verpleeghuizen, revalidatiecentra, gevangenissen en instellingen voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Dit betekent zeer diverse cliënten met bijbehorende diverse farmaceutische vraagstukken. Je moet dus je weg kunnen vinden in de literatuur en richtlijnen. En ook creatieve oplossingen voor vragen kunnen bedenken, die daar niet in te vinden zijn. Cliënten aan de balie tref je hier niet. In ruil daar voor spreek je psychiaters, SOG's, VG artsen en allerlei andere zorgmedewerkers van de instellingen. De lijnen zijn kort. Er is dagelijks veel contact en je wordt echt beschouwd als medebehandelaar. Alle cliënten hebben een baxterrol, die dagelijks of wekelijks wordt geleverd. Je zorgt samen met het team dat alle medicatie op tijd en veilig wordt geleverd. Dit betekent strakke deadlines en snel schakelen. Daarnaast voer je o.a. medicatiereviews uit, bereid je de FTO's voor en woont deze bij. Ook begeleid je de instellingen in de geneesmiddelcommissies bij het verbeteren van hun medicatie processen. Er wordt gewerkt met AIS CGM en de EVS-en Medimo, FarmedRx en Hix. Als apotheker maak je onderdeel uit van het MT. Dit bestaat uit 3 apothekers, een directielid en een MT-assistente. De rest van het team bestaat uit 14 apothekersassistentes, 3 medewerkers ...
