Bij Intercel in Haarlem zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en communicatief sterke: Applicatie Beheerder Intercel Group is specialist in batterijoplossingen, van ontwerp tot productie en inkoop tot installatie en service. Daardoor zijn we continu in ontwikkeling. Onderaan deze vacature lees je meer over wie wij zijn, hoe we samenwerken en wat je kunt verwachten van jouw toekomstige collega's. Als Application Owner ben jij een belangrijke spil binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met gebruikers, leveranciers en interne specialisten om onze applicaties (bijvoorbeeld: Ridder, Teams, SAP Business One) optimaal te laten draaien. Je wisselt je expertise af met hands-on werkzaamheden en neemt initiatief om verbeterkansen te signaleren en door te voeren. Jouw rol draait om het verbeteren, beheren en coördineren van applicatie- en systeemprocessen. Je rapporteert aan de ICT Manager. Wat je gaat doen - Je ondersteunt collega's bij het gebruik van onze applicaties; - Je verzorgt trainingen om de kennis binnen de organisatie te vergroten; - Je optimaliseert functionaliteiten, autorisaties en applicatie-instellingen om de efficiëntie te verbeteren; - Je pakt zelfstandig gebruikersvragen op, denkt mee in oplossingen en schakelt waar nodig met leveranciers; - Je speelt een expertrol binnen projecten en bewaakt de samenhang tussen verschillende applicaties; - Heb je al eerder gewerkt met SAP Business One. Dan komt dit goed van pas, we zijn deze applicatie nog aan het integreren en kunnen jouw expertise en inzet hierbij goed gebruiken; - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's voor vragen rondom ICT (hardware & software) en applicatiegebruik.
