Krijg je energie van het verbeteren van systemen, het ondersteunen van gebruikers én het leiden van verbeterprojecten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Functieomschrijving In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van het ERP-landschap. Je zorgt ervoor dat systemen optimaal aansluiten op de bedrijfsprocessen en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's, softwareleveranciers en externe partners. Als Applicatiebeheerder vervul je een centrale rol binnen de organisatie. Je verbindt de business met IT en zorgt ervoor dat processen en systemen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het functioneel beheren en optimaliseren van het ERP-systeem; - Het configureren van instellingen en testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten; - Het beheren van gebruikersrechten en bewaken van datakwaliteit; - Het ondersteunen en trainen van eindgebruikers; - Het analyseren en oplossen van functionele vraagstukken en incidenten; - Het beheren en optimaliseren van EDI-koppelingen en systeemintegraties; - Het onderhouden van contacten met ERP-leveranciers, softwarepartners en consultants; - Het coördineren van wijzigingsverzoeken en bewaken van gemaakte SLA-afspraken; - Het leiden van kleinere ERP-projecten en deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire verbetertrajecten; - Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en adviseren over automatisering en procesoptimalisatie. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat collega's optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van het ERP-systeem én dat de organisatie klaar is voor de toekomst. Verder beschik je over: - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Een opleiding richting Informatica, Bedrijfskundige Informatica of Technische Bedrijfskunde; - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring met ERP-systemen; ...
