Als systeem- en applicatiebeheerder is het belangrijk dat je zelfstandig kunt werken. Er is een beheer/consultancy-team dat kan helpen met oplossingsrichtingen, feedback geeft en dat fungeert als klankbord. Maar er wordt verwacht dat je zelfstandig aan de slag gaat met de oplossingen en dat je daarbij pro-actief mogelijke issues signaleert en verbeteringen aanbeveelt. Functiebeschrijving Je voert beheerwerkzaamheden uit op ons Data Management Platform in de Microsoft Azure cloud omgeving dat onze consultants implementeren bij onze klanten. Ook beheer je onze eigen IT-infrastructuur die onder andere bestaat uit Office365 en SQLServer en Oracle omgevingen en ondersteun je de consultants bij hun werkzaamheden bij klanten. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, zorg je voor overzicht en coördinatie, helpt de andere beheerders, draagt kennis over en helpt bij de professionalisering van de afdeling. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: - Het dagelijkse beheer van de Azure-omgevingen voor onze klanten met o.a. Netwerk- en firewall, Azure Domein, VPN en SQL-databases - Het beheer van de Scamander-omgeving met VPN, Webservices en API's - Monitoring van de dagelijkse verwerking - Het oplossen van incidenten en security issues - De verantwoording over de SLA afspraken met de klanten - Innovatie en verbeteringen van de beheer- en Data Management Platform-omgeving - Je hebt affiniteit met ICT en programmeren, waarbij je het leuk vindt om (technische) problemen te onderzoeken en ze ook hands-on op te lossen - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met het Microsoft Azure Cloud-platform - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met SQLserver en/of Oracle-databases en SQL - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Unix/Linux en scripting - Je beschikt over een achtergrond op HBO- denkniveau en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en gesc...
