Ben jij een analytische IT-professional met een passie voor applicatiebeheer, data en procesoptimalisatie? Als IT Applicatiebeheerder zorg je ervoor dat bedrijfskritische applicaties optimaal functioneren en maximaal worden benut. Je vormt de brug tussen softwareleveranciers, de helpdesk en de interne gebruikers en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van systemen en processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsapplicaties vanuit een helikopterview.
  • Schrijven en optimaliseren van SQL-query's om data toegankelijker en bruikbaarder te maken.
  • Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van rapportages en dashboards voor verschillende afdelingen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, de helpdesk en softwareleveranciers.
  • Analyseren van incidenten en structurele knelpunten en uitwerken van duurzame oplossingen.
  • Onderhouden en ondersteunen van integraties via API's, webservices en sFTP-koppelingen.
  • Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Actief meewerken aan implementatie- en optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Coördineren van testplannen, acceptatietesten en software-releases in samenwerking met key users.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een IT-gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Goede kennis van IT-infrastructuur.
  • Ervaring met datamodellering, SQL en relationele databases.
  • Kennis van API's, webservices, sFTP-processen en scripting.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen en uitvoeren van testscenario's en acceptatietesten.
  • Kennis van ITIL-processen en ticketingtools.
  • Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid met oog voor continue verbetering.
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie, waardoor je vlot schakelt tussen business en IT.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt.
