Atrea helpt organisaties bij het beheren van tijdregistratie, activiteitenregistratie en toegangscontrole. Het platform berekent automatisch gewerkte uren, overwerk en toeslagen, en biedt functionaliteiten zoals verlofregistratie, bezettingsplanning en locatiesignalering zodat workforce-data altijd accuraat is en HR-processen efficiënter verlopen. MediaMyne versterkt de interne communicatie via narrowcasting en een Employee App. Met een gebruiksvriendelijk CMS informeren organisaties hun medewerkers doelgericht via centraal beheerde schermen en mobiele apparaten, wat bijdraagt aan hogere betrokkenheid op de werkvloer. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en speelt een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten functioneren van beide platforms. Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt eigenaarschap en helpt gebruikers bij zowel technische als data-gerelateerde vraagstukken. Dit is een rol voor iemand die energie haalt uit het combineren van technische probleemoplossing, data-analyse en klantcontact binnen een dynamische MKB-omgeving. Naarmate je groeit, krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid en werk je aan complexere vraagstukken, ondersteund door je manager. Wat ga je doen - Bieden van 1e en 2e lijns support voor Atrea en MediaMyne, met focus op het oplossen van technische vraagstukken en klanttevredenheid - Beheren van de volledige ticket lifecycle (prioriteren, toewijzen, oplossen) en bewaken van SLA's en ticketoverzicht - Analyseren van issues, signaleren van terugkerende patronen en proactief verbeteren van processen, inclusief escalatie naar product/engineering waar nodig ...
