Als Application Manager Engineering Applications mit Schwerpunkt AutoCAD bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere CAD-Systemlandschaft und gestaltest gemeinsam mit Engineering, IT und externen Partnern innovative Lösungen für die Zukunft. Mit deinem technischen Verständnis und deinem Blick für Prozesse sorgst du für stabile Systeme, effiziente Abläufe und nachhaltigen Mehrwert für unsere Anwender:innen. Was man bei uns bewegt: Verantwortung für den sicheren, stabilen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der AutoCAD-Plattform Optimierung und Modernisierung der Engineering-Systemlandschaft im CAD-Umfeld Analyse, Bewertung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Business Ownern und Key Usern Sicherstellung eines effizienten Incident- und Problem-Managements gemeinsam mit Service Desk und externen Partnern Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb angrenzender Engineering-Anwendungen wie SolidWorks, PDM und zukünftig PLM Entwicklung und Umsetzung der technischen Roadmap für die betreuten Engineering-Anwendungen Steuerung externer Partner sowie Unterstützung bei Lizenzmanagement, Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle Was uns überzeugt: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Umfeld von CAD- und Engineering-Anwendungen Fundiertes Verständnis von Engineering-Prozessen sowie von CAD-, PLM- und ERP-Systemen Technisches Know-how in den Bereichen Systemarchitekturen, Integrationen und Datenflüsse zwischen Unternehmensanwendungen Idealerweise Kenntnisse in weiteren CAD-Systemen, beispielsweise SolidWorks Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie in der Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was wir bieten: Gute Verkehrsanbindung, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, Shuttle-Service zum Bahnhof und zwischen den TGW-Standorten, E-Bikes, etc. Abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiete sowie individueller Gestaltungsspielraum Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein großzügiges Home-Office-Modell Möglichkeit, Prozesse und Abläufe aktiv und eigenverantwortlich mitzugestalten Mitarbeit in einem engagierten Team, individuelle Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, klare Ziele und eine offene Feedbackkultur Unterstützung bei der Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie (flexible Arbeitszeiten, Gleitzeit, Home-Office, betriebliche Kinderbetreuung, etc.) Ready to start?
