Diesen Erfolg haben wir unseren talentierten Mitarbeiter:innen zu verdanken. 1 Application Manager (w/m/x) - Fund Accounting Als Application Manager (f/m/x) im Bereich Fund Accounting sind Sie verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Betrieb, die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und den Support unserer Anwendungslandschaft rund um die Fondsverarbeitung. Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Dienstleistern in einem kooperativen Team mit flachen Hierarchien sowie vielfältigen fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Application Management: Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der Fund Accounting-Anwendungen (2nd/3rd Level Support)

* Incident- & Problem-Management: Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Lösungen

* Change- & Release-Management: Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Änderungen und Releases sowie Pflege der Betriebsdokumentation, Prozessbeschreibungen und Runbooks

* Anforderungsmanagement: Erfassung, Bewertung und Umsetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern

* Schnittstellenmanagement: Überwachung und Pflege der Datenflüsse zwischen Fund Accounting-Systemen und angebundenen Peripheriesystemen

* Vendor Management sowie Unterstützung bei Migrations-, Integrations- und Optimierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Application Management, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungssektor

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Fund Accounting / in der Fondsadministration

* Erfahrung mit Xentis (Profidata) und Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung dieser Kenntnisse

* Verständnis von NAV-Berechnung, Fondsbuchhaltung und regulatorischen Anforderungen (z.B. KAGB, IFRS)

* Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, um technische Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln

* Kenntnisse in SQL sind von Vorteil
