Wir suchen: 1 APPLICATION SUPPORT (W/M/X) Bezirk Vöcklabruck

Aufgaben

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für Anwender*innen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support unserer Business-Applikationen

* Aufnahme, Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen sowie Störungsmeldungen

* Strukturierte Fehleranalyse, Testing und nachhaltige Störungsbehebung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler*innen, Fachbereichen und externen IT-Partner*innen

* Unterstützung bei Releases, Updates, Rollouts und Applikationsänderungen

* Betreuung von Schnittstellen, Datenflüssen, Integrationen und Berechtigungen

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen Applikationsbetriebs durch Monitoring sowie Ticket- und Eskalationsmanagement

* Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen, Anwenderinformationen und Schulungsunterlagen

* Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft

Profil

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, Fachschule, IT-Lehre) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Application Support, Applikationssupport oder Application Management

* Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Business-Applikationen, IT-Systemen sowie Ticketsystemen und Supportprozessen

* Gute Kenntnisse in Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und strukturiertem Problemlösen

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das ist von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleister_innen

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Schnittstellen, Integrationen und Datenflüsse

* Erfahrung im Berechtigungsmanagement und Monitoring von Applikationen

* Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe und Geschäftsprozesse
