Ben jij energiek, gek op water en weet jij hoe je een groep mensen motiveert met muziek en beweging? Voor onze vestiging in Evergem zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Groepslesgever Aquafit voor een vaste les op zaterdagvoormiddag.

In deze rol breng je deelnemers op een plezierige, veilige en doeltreffende manier in beweging in het zwembad.

Ideale kandidaat

Wij zoeken een gedreven en sociaal ingestelde lesgever die een groep moeiteloos weet te enthousiasmeren.

Jouw profiel & kwalificaties:

  • Kennis & Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een erkend lesgeversattest/certificaat Aquafit of een Bachelor/Master in Sport of Lichamelijke Opvoeding.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring met het geven van (water)groepslessen is een pluspunt, maar gezonde goesting en een zelfzekere houding voor een groep zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Beschikbaarheid: Je bent stipt en vast beschikbaar op zaterdagvoormiddag. (Eventuele bereidheid om in tespringen bij ziekte of vakantie van collega's is een extra troef).
  • Talen: Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands om de groep helder aan te sturen.
  • Eigenschappen: Je straalt energie uit, bent klantvriendelijk, stipt en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor veiligheid.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Geef een spetterende les: Je verzorgt met een big smile een gevarieerde en motiverende les aquafit op zaterdagvoormiddag.
  • Lesvoorbereiding: Je bereidt je lessen zelfstandig voor met oog voor variatie, de juiste opbouw, opzwepende muziek en de nodige intensiteit.
  • Begeleiding op maat: Je begeleidt deelnemers van verschillende niveaus op een veilige, positieve en professionele manier.
  • Sfeer & Veiligheid: Je creeert een groepsgevoel waarin plezier en fysieke inspanning hand in hand gaan, met constante aandacht voor de veiligheid in en rond het water.
  • Informatie verstrekken: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor deelnemers en geeft hen met plezier uitleg over lessen, acties of abonnementen.
