Hier sta je midden in de realiteit van forensische zorg: een wereld van orde en chaos, controle en loslaten, dichtbij zijn en afstand houden. Als Arbocoördinator / Preventiemedewerker draag jij hier dagelijks aan bij. Gezond en veilig werken begint bij een stevige basis. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om beleid te ontwikkelen, risico's te beheersen en de organisatie te adviseren over complexe arbovraagstukken. Je beweegt je op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau en hebt direct invloed op de werkomgeving van honderden collega's. Een functie waarin je expertise zichtbaar het verschil maakt. Over Mesdag Bij Mesdag werk je op het snijvlak van zorg en veiligheid. Deze vacature is niet aan één locatie gebonden: als Arbocoördinator / Preventiemedewerker werk je organisatiebreed, over onze locaties in Groningen (FPC, AFPB, FBW Beijum) en Zuidlaren (FPA, FBW Zuidlaren) heen. Zo krijg je een compleet beeld van het volledige zorgcontinuüm binnen de forensische psychiatrie, van hoogbeveiligde kliniek tot ambulante behandeling en begeleid wonen, en werk je voor de organisatie als geheel in plaats van voor één specifieke locatie. Mesdag - Naast mensen. Voor veiligheid. Dit ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt, borgt en onderhoudt het arbobeleid en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties en heldere procedures. - Je adviseert directie, leidinggevenden, medewerkers en de Ondernemingsraad gevraagd en ongevraagd over arbeidsomstandigheden, preventie en veiligheid. - Je coördineert de RI&E en bewaakt de uitvoering van het plan van aanpak, waarbij je knelpunten signaleert en verbeteracties initieert. - Je leidt en implementeert organisatiebrede arbo- en preventieprojecten, waaronder de verbeteragenda vanuit het PSA-onderzoek. - Je verricht werkplekonderzoeken, onderzoekt incidenten en (bijna-)ongevallen en vertaalt bevindingen n...
