Oranje Select Oranje Select is thuis in Oost-Nederland en beschikt over een waardevol en uitgebreid netwerk Oranje Select is specialist in recruitment en executive search voor commerciële - en management functies Voor Silbloxx / Transil: Area Sales Manager DACH Nieuw Jouw rol: Als Area Sales Manager voor Silbloxx ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw markt. De focus ligt naast Nederland op de DACH-regio: Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland, met daarnaast mogelijkheden in Oost-Europa. Je krijgt een bestaand klantenportfolio en gaat dit verder uitbouwen. Tegelijkertijd ben je actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten, distributeurs en commerciële kansen. Je analyseert jouw regio, bouwt relaties op en weet potentiële klanten te overtuigen van de meerwaarde van Silbloxx. Je bent regelmatig onderweg en bezoekt klanten en partners voornamelijk binnen Europa. Gemiddeld ben je ongeveer één week per maand internationaal op pad. Techniek en sales komen in deze functie sterk samen. Je leert de producten en organisatie grondig kennen en bent vervolgens in staat om technische offertes te interpreteren en klanten inhoudelijk te adviseren. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van sales, productie en engineering, ook van de zusterbedrijven SCE en Transil. Hoofdtaken: Sales & Marktontwikkeling - Beheren en uitbouwen van een bestaand klantenportfolio. - Actief prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten en distributeurs. - Ontwikkelen van de markt in de DACH-regio en Nederland. - Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met klanten en partners. - Bezoeken van klanten en prospects binnen Europa en signaleren van nieuwe commerciële kansen. - Begeleiden van commerciële trajecten van eerste contact tot order. Technisch & Adviserend - Je verdiepen in onze silo's en technische oplossingen. - Technische offertes interpreteren en toelichten. - Klanten adviseren over de juiste oplossing.
