Je hebt nog 29 dagen om te solliciteren Functieomschrijving Als Assembly Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren, afstellen en testen van complexe modules, systemen en machines. Je werkt in een schone en gecontroleerde productieomgeving en draagt bij aan het leveren van producten die voldoen aan hoge kwaliteits- en betrouwbaarheidsnormen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Assembleren en afstellen van mechanische en elektronische onderdelen aan de hand van technische tekeningen, werkinstructies en specificaties. - Uitvoeren van seriematige assemblagewerkzaamheden binnen een productielijn. - Afwisselend werken op verschillende werkstations om brede kennis van de producten en processen op te bouwen. - Testen van machines, systemen en modules volgens vastgestelde procedures. - Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van storingen en afwijkingen. - Signaleren van mogelijkheden om assemblageprocessen en werkwijzen te verbeteren. - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits-, arbo- en milieunormen. Functie-eisen Jij bent een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte technicus die graag werkt in een omgeving waar technologie centraal staat. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een mbo-diploma in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare assemblage- of technische functie. - Kennis van productie-, assemblage- en testprocessen. - Ervaring met fijnmechanische, elektrotechnische en/of mechatronische systemen. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels. - Een proactieve houding en oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
