Flexibele werktijden tot max. 21.00 uur, salaris €2750-€3025, 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% pensioenpremie. - 38 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €2750 en €3025 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een vriendelijke, representatieve uitstraling die bewoners op een professionele en toegankelijke manier informeert. Het is een adviserende rol, geen salesfunctie. 1 Dit ga je doen Je bent het visitekaartje van het bedrijf en de telecomaanbieder. Het is daarom belangrijk dat bewoners op een nette, vriendelijke en professionele manier worden benaderd, geïnformeerd en geënthousiasmeerd. Het gaat nadrukkelijk niet om verkoop: er worden geen abonnementen aangeboden of afgesloten. De werkzaamheden zijn informatief en adviserend van aard. Je gaat langs de deuren om bewoners uit te leggen dat er glasvezel in de straat wordt aangelegd en dat zij op dit moment kosteloos een glasvezelaansluiting kunnen laten realiseren. Daarbij wordt uitgelegd dat de aansluiting volledig vrijblijvend is, dat bewoners later zelf een provider kunnen kiezen en dat er geen verplichting bestaat om over te stappen naar de desbetreffende telecomaanbieder. Wanneer bewoners aangeven dat zij gebruik willen maken van de gratis aansluiting, leg je de noodzakelijke gegevens zorgvuldig vast. - Het noteren van NAW-gegevens; - Het vastleggen van de gewenste aansluiting; - Het maken van foto's van de plek waar de kabel vanaf de erfgrens naar de woning gaat; - Het bepalen en vastleggen van de locatie waar het glasvezelkastje/FTU in de woning komt te hangen; - Het registreren van afspraken en bijzonderheden in de tab...
