Op elke moer past een sleutel, weet jij welke? Wij zoeken collega-s binnen de manufacturing afdeling in Nijmegen. Hier help je mee aan het bouwen van onze grootste heftrucks, van kaal chassis tot volledig opererende zwaargewichten. Jij levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan het eindresultaat.

Wie zijn wij?

Hyster Yale Materials Handling produceert heftrucks onder de merken Hyster en Yale. Al meer dan zeventig jaar worden deze machines door ons ontworpen, vervaardigd en onderhouden in Nijmegen. Inmiddels is onze vestiging in Nijmegen uitgegroeid tot de grootste productielocatie van Big Trucks wereldwijd.

Bij de afdeling manufacturing assembleren wij de grootste type heftrucks uit onze productrange. Dit gebeurt op een van de twee productielijnen, de Bigtruck en de Jumbotruck lijn.

Wat doe je daar als assemblagemonteur?

Sleutelen, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Je monteert volgens werkinstructies binnen jouw station de benodigde onderdelen van de heftruck. Op de productielijnen bouwen wij een verschillend type heftrucks, geen truck is hetzelfde en daarmee dien je flexibel en met aandacht te werken. Hierdoor bouw je brede kennis op en kun je collega s ondersteunen waar nodig, zodat jullie samen de hoogste kwaliteit leveren.

Naast sleutelen, controleer je of je werk op de juiste wijze is uitgevoerd om zo storingen later in het proces te voorkomen. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving en denk je mee in het verbeteren van het productieproces en het product.
