Als Assetbeheerder Wegen en Civiele Constructies neem jij regie op het planmatig beheer en maak je impact op de leefomgeving van duizenden inwoners. Functie Werk waar je trots op kunt zijn Woerden en Oudewater liggen midden in het Groene Hart. Er is volop water in en om ons heen. De grachten door Oudewater, de singel om het stadscentrum van Woerden, de Oude Rijn en de IJssel. Dat betekent ruim 300 stuks en vele kilometers aan grote en kleine constructies als bruggen, duikers, oevers en tunnels, plus het wegennet dat daar tussendoor loopt. Sinds 1 januari 2026 werken we in een nieuwe organisatiestructuur binnen het Domein Fysieke Leefomgeving. We hebben wegen en constructies bewust in één rol geclusterd, zodat er echt op tactisch en strategisch niveau gestuurd wordt in plaats van van melding naar melding. De bruggen hebben we redelijk in beeld. Op beschoeiingen, damwanden en taluds is dat beeld nog beperkt, en juist daar lopen we risico's op. De data is op onderdelen verouderd en het cluster constructies is in opbouw. Daar zit precies de ruimte in deze rol. Bijna alles wat je aanpakt is winst en je geeft zelf vorm aan de instandhoudingsplannen waar je eigenaar van bent. In deze rol voer je regie over het beheer van onze wegen en civiele constructies. Je zorgt dat bruggen, oevers, duikers en tunnels veilig blijven en dat onderhoud slim en planmatig wordt uitgevoerd. Je kijkt vooruit, maakt keuzes op basis van data en weet wanneer je moet ingrijpen. Daarbij schakel je continu tussen beleid, techniek en uitvoering. - de instandhoudingsplannen voor wegen en constructies opstelt en daar eigenaar van bent. - het areaal in beeld brengt, met prioriteit op beschoeiingen, damwanden, oevers en taluds. - stuurt op criticiteit: wat moet eerst, wat kan wachten, en welk risico hoort bij die keu...
