In Deventer krijg je de ruimte om die vraag mede te beantwoorden. We staan aan het begin van professioneel assetmanagement voor technische installaties en jij helpt de richting bepalen. Jouw werk Als Assetmanager Techniek ben jij degene die overzicht creëert en richting geeft. Je brengt technische assets in kaart, maakt inzichtelijk wat de staat en prestaties zijn en verbindt onderhoud, vervanging en investeringen tot één samenhangende aanpak. Daarmee help je de gemeente om onderbouwde keuzes te maken voor een veilige en toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. Je loopt mee met de beheerders, hoort waar zij tegenaan lopen en legt vast wat er staat en in welke staat. Met adviseurs, projectleiders, budgethouders en regisseurs bepaal je wat als eerste moet gebeuren. Zo ontstaat één koers voor techniek die past bij wegen, groen en water. Vanuit dat overzicht werk je toe naar een assetmanagementplan: meerjarige plannen voor onderhoud en vervanging, onderbouwde investeringsvoorstellen en advies over risico's en prestaties. Vervangen we die verkeersregelinstallatie nu of over 5 jaar? Wat is nodig om een brug veilig en betrouwbaar te houden? Samen met de assetmanagers van de andere disciplines geef je richting aan de toekomst van het vakgebied. Over jou Beheerders hoeven jou niets uit te leggen. Je weet wat een storing aan een gemaal betekent en waarom een beheerder een vervanging soms liever een jaar uitstelt. Daardoor ben je geloofwaardig op de werkvloer en aan de vergadertafel.
