Jouw beloning We zoeken één Assistent Accountant voor 28 tot 40 uur per week. Je kunt werken vanuit Weert of Roermond. - Een salaris van € 3.500 tot € 4.500 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en wat je meebrengt; - 26 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis; - Een 13e maand; - Een goede pensioenregeling; - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen en cursussen; - Veel flexibiliteit in het indelen van jouw werkweek; - Een functie voor 28 tot 40 uur per week, waarbij 32 uur of meer de voorkeur heeft. Jouw bijdragen Als Assistent Accountant ben jij niet iemand die alleen achteraf controleert of de cijfers kloppen. Jij kijkt verder. Bij dit bedrijf krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, rechtstreeks met ondernemers te schakelen én adviespunten uit jouw werk daadwerkelijk op te pakken. Je stelt zelfstandig jaarrekeningen samen voor verschillende ondernemers en zorgt dat hun financiële administratie staat als een huis. Tijdens dat proces zie je vaak al waar kansen, risico's of interessante adviespunten liggen. En precies daar maak jij het verschil. Je krijgt daarbij veel vrijheid. Je hoeft niet voor iedere vraag drie lagen goedkeuring te vragen. Zie jij iets bij een klant? Dan bespreek je het. Heb je een goed idee? Dan krijg je de ruimte om ermee aan de slag te gaan.
