Assistant voor een technische afdeling/makelaardij, 32-40 uur, VAST, Amsterdam Bedrijfsprofiel Deze makelaardij op toplocatie aan een prachtige gracht in Amsterdam is een echt familiebedrijf. Ze houden van aanpakken en staan voor elkaar klaar. Lekker nuchter en met de voetjes op de grond. Hard (samen) werken en veel lol maken is wel wat je voelt als je daar rond loopt. Dit kantoor beheert onroerend goed in opdracht van haar klanten. Het gaat hierbij om woningen, kantoren en bedrijfsruimten, veelal binnen de ring van Amsterdam. Je komt met alle aspecten van het bedrijf in aanraking, waaronder makelaardij, beheer, verzekeringen en administratie. Een belangrijke ondersteunende plek in de organisatie dus! Functie omschrijving Jij gaat een belangrijke rol vervullen in de organisatie op de afdeling Technisch Onderhoud. Je bent letterlijk het hart van de organisatie en je werkt samen met de Technisch Opzichters, de Verhuurmakelaars en de collega's van de afdeling Beheer en Verzekeringen. Jouw werzaamheden: Het aannemen van storingen, vragen en klachten van huurders. Het uitzetten van opdrachten bij aannemers, loodgieters, elektriciens en ondersteun je de technisch opzichters door het opvragen van offertes en de opvolging daarvan. Daarnaast plan je de in- en uitcheck van huurders en beheer de de agenda. Functie eisen We zoeken iemand die goed tegen druk kan, heerlijk gedijt in een technische omgeving en ook nog oplossingsgericht kan handelen richting huurders. Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in een vastgoed/technische omgeving en beheers je MSOffice uitstekend. Verder: Ben je een administratieve duizendpoot, Heb je technisch inzicht (of je deinst er niet voor terug), Uitstekend in de Nederlandse en Engelse spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid, Heb je een dienstverlenende instelling, ben je flexibel en je houdt ervan om in een team te functioneren, Kun je goed hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar scheiden, hou je je hoofd koel bij drukte en ben...
