Damart België is een ambitieuze retailer die zich onderscheidt in het productaanbod voor de populatie van 55+. We vertegenwoordigen 1 van de 11 merken van de Damartex Group, waar meer dan 2300 medewerkers elke dag met plezier naar het werk gaan.

Als geen ander weten we dat comfort EN stijl heel belangrijk zijn voor onze doelgroep. Onze klant vindt bij ons een uitgebreid gamma aan prêt-à-porter, schoenen en lingerie, maar uiteraard kent iedereen de magische vezel Thermolactyl die zorgt voor een warm gevoel tijdens de donkere koude maanden.

Passie voor de klant is onze belangrijkste waarde. In onze 58 winkels zorgen we voor een uitmuntende service, van onthaal tot paskamer begeleiden we de klant doorheen het uitgebreide productaanbod.

Om onze ambities te kunnen waarmaken zoeken we een even ambitieuze Shop Manager die samen met ons vooruit wil gaan!

Functie

Als Assistant Shop Manager bij Damart maak je actief deel uit van je team, dat je samen met de Shop Manager aanstuurt. Je motiveert en prikkelt je collega’s om altijd het beste van zichzelf te geven en de klant tevreden te stellen.

Je wordt klaargestoomd om na verloop van tijd de winkel te leiden. Op dagelijkse basis representeer je waar Damart voor staat. Als Assistant Shop Manager blink je uit in organisatie. Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten en je neemt met je team diverse verantwoordelijkheden op.

Als geen ander behoud je het overzicht op het winkelgebeuren. Dat doe je door actief bij te dragen aan de verkoop, maar vooral dankzij je inzicht in de verschillende indicatoren, die je aanwendt om je team te doen groeien.

Je rapporteert aan de Shop Manager en je helpt de winkelactiviteit te boosten. Je bent een ambassadeur van het merk en draagt dagelijks de kernwaarden en het DNA van Damart uit: klantvriendelijkheid en respect.

  • Je kan bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring voorleggen in een gelijkaardige functie. Werkte je reeds in fashion, dan heb je zeker een streepje voor!
  • Je bereikt je doelen en biedt een uitstekende klantenservice.
  • Je deelt je commerciële ervaring met je team zodat jullie samen de vooropgestelde doelen bereiken.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en je hebt een uitstekend gevoel voor organisatie.
  • Je wordt omschreven als positief, dynamisch en spontaan. Geslaagd teamwork klinkt jou als muziek in de oren.
  • Zorg dragen voor anderen en menselijk contact zijn voor jou belangrijke waarden.
