Bij ons draait het om werksfeer, samenwerken en vertrouwen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van assistent-accountants, accountants en fiscalisten, waar iedereen elkaar aanvult en versterkt. Wij helpen ondernemers verder door rust en inzicht te creëren in hun cijfers. Als ervaren assistent-accountant ben jij daarin een belangrijke schakel. Je kent het vak, weet wat er speelt bij een ondernemer en kunt zelfstandig het gesprek aangaan met onze klanten. Je bent dus niet alleen degene die zorgt dat de cijfers kloppen, maar ook een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor de ondernemer. Als ervaren assistent-accountant / relatiebeheerder heb je een zelfstandige rol binnen onze organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille en zorgt ervoor dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Jouw taken bestaan uit Samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en andere financiële rapportages; Opstellen en bespreken van tussentijdse cijfers en managementrapportages; Zelfstandig voeren van bespreking met cliënten; Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties; Signaleren van afwijkingen, aandachtspunten en kansen in de cijfers; WAT WE VAN JOU VERWACHTEN Wie jij bent - Je hebt minimaal 5 - 10 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de accountancy; - Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie; - Je hebt ruime ervaring met het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen; - Je bent communicatief sterk en weet vaktechnische informatie begrijpelijk te vertalen naar de ondernemer; - Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en...
