Voor KramerKuiper zoeken we iemand die zelfstandig kan werken binnen de samenstelpraktijk, graag meedenkt met klanten en collega's en energie krijgt van het slimmer inrichten en automatiseren van processen. Je werkt voor een diverse MKB-cliëntenportefeuille, stelt jaarrekeningen en tussentijdse cijfers op en hebt veel direct klantcontact. Je krijgt daarnaast volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Studerend voor AA of ambitie om hiermee te starten? Dan is dat zeker interessant. Your role Als Gevorderd Assistent Accountant binnen de samenstelpraktijk van KramerKuiper heb je een zelfstandige en veelzijdige rol. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen en tussentijdse cijfers en verzorgt verschillende financiële en fiscale rapportages voor MKB-klanten. Je weet hoe een samensteldossier in elkaar zit en kunt hier zelfstandig mee werken. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan het dossier alleen. Je denkt mee over de onderneming van de klant, signaleert ontwikkelingen en kijkt kritisch naar de manier waarop werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd. KramerKuiper vindt het belangrijk om continu te blijven verbeteren. Daarom wordt er veel aandacht besteed aan automatisering en procesoptimalisatie. Je denkt mee over hoe administraties slimmer kunnen worden ingericht en hoe processen zowel bij de klant als intern efficiënter kunnen worden gemaakt.
