Amsterdam | € 3.500 - € 4.000 | Vast dienstverband | Ontwikkelmogelijkheden | Goed pensioen | Reiskostenvergoeding Als Assistent Controller krijg je een brede financiële functie waarin administratie en controlling samenkomen. Je start hands-on binnen de financiële administratie en krijgt al snel de ruimte om meer verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting controlling. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen en boeken van bank- en kasmutaties; - Bewaken van openstaande posten en ondersteunen bij het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer; - Bijhouden en controleren van de grootboekadministratie en voorbereiden van betalingen; - Meewerken aan de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en opstellen van balansspecificaties; - Ondersteunen bij periodieke financiële rapportages en managementoverzichten; - Uitvoeren van kosten- en margeanalyses en signaleren van opvallende financiële ontwikkelingen; - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van budgetten en forecasts; - Meedenken over het verbeteren en efficiënter inrichten van financiële processen en systemen, waaronder Exact Globe. Naarmate je groeit in de functie, krijg je steeds meer ruimte om zelfstandig analyses, rapportages en andere controlwerkzaamheden op te pakken. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap van een hands-on finance professional tot een brede gesprekspartner op financieel gebied.

We zoeken een finance professional die toe is aan een volgende stap in zelfstandigheid en professionele groei. Je hebt een goede basis binnen de financiële administratie en enige kennis van de grootboekadministratie, zoals afschrijvingen, het aansluiten van lonen en de voorraadadministratie. Je hoeft dit nog niet volledig zelfstandig te kunnen uitvoeren; een goede basiskennis en de ambitie om hierin verder te groeien zijn belangrijker. Wensen van onze opdrachtgever: - Je beschikt over mbo 4- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau en hebt een afgeronde opleiding in financiële- of bedrijfseconomische richting; - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare, brede boekhoudkundige functie; - Je hebt affiniteit met het samenstellen van rapportages en het uivoeren van analyses: je wilt verder kijken dan alleen het verwerken van financiële gegevens door deze te onderbouwen en verbanden te leggen; - Je kunt goed overwerg met Excel, ervaring met Exact Globe is een sterke pré; - Je bent leergierig, analytisch en werkt nauwkeurig; - Je bent proactief en hands-on, neemt initiatief en toont eigenaarschap; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed; - Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar . Je hoeft dus nog geen ervaren Controller te zijn. Belangrijker is dat je een goede financiële basis hebt én de ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting een brede controlfunctie. Vervoer en parkeren: De werklocatie bevindt zich in hartje Amsterdam, waar de parkeermogelijkheden beperkt zijn. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die graag met het openbaar vervoer of de fiets naar het werk reist.
