Binnen het internationale finance team werkt men nauw met elkaar samen. Er zijn diverse internationale assistent controllers werkzaam bij onze opdrachtgever. Dit zijn enthousiaste collega's die hun sporen hebben verdiend in het controlling vak, zij nemen graag een nieuwe collega op in hun team. Je monitort de financiële administratie en daarbij lever je jouw bijdrage aan het verbeteren van de (financiële) processen van de organisatie. Je werkt mee aan de internationale financiële administratie en ondersteunt de controller in de breedste zin van het woord. Je werkt nauw samen met je (internationale) collega's en je bent op de hoogte wat er bij de opdrachtgever speelt. Als Assistent Controller maak je in overleg met de Controller diverse rapportages, zodat het management gedegen besluiten kan nemen. Er wordt van jou verwacht dat je kritisch kijkt naar de cijfers en de organisatie en waar het kan stel je vragen en zoek je naar oplossingen. Het betreft een dynamische functie binnen een snelle business waar veel van jou gevraagd wordt. Een aantal kernwerkzaamheden zijn: - Het verzorgen van diverse periodieke en ad hoc rapportages; - Advies uitbrengen ten aanzien van de AO en het financieel beleid (van de BU's); - Het continue monitoren van de financiële administratie; - Mede verantwoordelijk voor een correcte financiële administratie; - Veelvuldige afstemming met de collega's van de financiële afdeling; - Het bijwerken/optimaliseren van de financiële data in de ERP systemen; - Verbeteren van de (financiële) processen van de organisatie. - Je draagt ervoor zorg dat benodigde financiële data actueel en juist is; -Je geeft advies aan collega's (o.a. controller) over de financiële status; - bewaakt de voortg...
