Als Assistent Filiaalmanager bij Van Cranenbroek in Landgraaf krijg je een stevige managementrol binnen een vestiging met circa 225 medewerkers. Je werkt in een winkel van formaat, met verschillende afdelingen, grote goederenstromen en flinke verschillen in drukte gedurende het jaar. Samen met de Filiaalmanager en andere leidinggevenden zorg jij dat medewerkers weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht, de juiste prioriteiten worden gesteld en de winkel iedere dag goed georganiseerd is. Dit is daarom geen functie waarin je alleen ondersteunt. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, neemt beslissingen en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de winkelvloer. Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Filiaalmanager ben je één van de leidinggevenden die ervoor zorgt dat de dagelijkse winkeloperatie goed verloopt. Met circa 225 medewerkers kun je onmogelijk overal tegelijk zijn. Goed organiseren, verantwoordelijkheden verdelen en duidelijke afspraken maken zijn daarom essentieel. Jij houdt overzicht, stuurt bij en zorgt dat leidinggevenden en medewerkers weten waar de prioriteiten liggen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden; - werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk verdelen; - zorgen dat afspraken, planning en werkzaamheden daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd; - bewaken van de personeelsbezetting op de verschillende afdelingen; - snel schakelen bij ...
