Onze klant is een specialist in dak- en gevelmaterialen in België en Nederland en biedt jou de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in ons succes. Met een uitgebreid assortiment help jij klanten het perfecte product voor hun project te vinden. Jouw uitstekende service zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als collega's met een glimlach van je werk genieten.

Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit:

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en biedt altijd een betrouwbare service.
  • Je volgt bestellingen nauwkeurig op, verwerkt deze zorgvuldig en staat klanten en collega’s zowel telefonisch als per e-mail te woord.
  • Dankzij jouw expertise adviseer je klanten en bied je praktische oplossingen voor hun vragen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten van orders en offertes correct worden besteld bij de aankoopdienst en nadien klaargemaakt worden in het filiaal voor afhaling of levering.
  • Je houdt het filiaal georganiseerd, overzichtelijk en zorgt ervoor dat de stock correct wordt aangevuld via onze aankoopdienst of logistieke centrum.
  • Je brengt een positieve sfeer en jouw glimlach en energie maken het verschil!

Dit ben jij:

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Frans is zeker een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt minstens een graduaat diploma en een stevige technische interesse.
  • Klantgerichtheid, nauwkeurigheid en stressbestendigheid zijn eigenschappen die je van nature bezit.
  • Wat we het meeste waarderen? Jouw motivatie en gedrevenheid om het beste resultaat te behalen!
  • Flexibiliteit is een must: om de twee of drie weken werk je op zaterdagmorgen.
