Voor een internationale speler in de agrarische sector zoeken wij een nauwkeurige Assistent Financiële Administratie. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van vier collega's op de Finance afdeling binnen een moderne productielocatie waar biodiesel en glycerine worden geproduceerd. In deze rol ondersteun je bij diverse administratieve en financiële werkzaamheden en werk je nauw samen met de Finance Manager, Assistent Finance Manager en een tweede Finance Assistant. Wat ga je doen: - Je gaat je bezig houden met debiteuren en crediteuren beheer; - Assisteren bij de maand- en jaar afsluitingen; - Bijhouden contractenadministratie; - Opstellen van belastingaangiftes; - Afhandelen van het elektronisch betalingsverkeer; - Officemanagement: voorraadbeheer kantoorbenodigdheden en in- uitgaande post, telefoon beantwoorden; - Deelname aan interne cursussen op het gebied van veiligheid; - CBS aangiftes. Functie eisen - Afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding richting Administratie; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als financieel administratief medewerker. Werkervaring in de industrie is een pré; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift. Basiskennis Duits is een pré; - Communicatief, teamspeler, flexibel, accuraat en adequaat. Organisatie omschrijving Aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3000,- tot € 3500,-; - Een functie van 24-40 uur per week; - Open werksfeer; - 13e maand; - Vakantietoeslag 8,33%; - Pensioenregeling; - Collectieve zorgverzekering.
