Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n engagierte_n Assistent_in für das Frontoffice (m/w/d) mit Werkstatt Vorerfahrung , der/die unser Team bei administrativen Aufgaben unterstützt und einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Büro gewährleistet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern in Deutsch und Englisch

- Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Anfragen

- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Rechnungen

- Ablage und Dokumentation von Unterlagen

- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Terminen und Meetings

- Koordination zwischen Frontoffice und Werkstatt

- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten zur Unterstützung des Teams

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Vorerfahrung in einer Werkstatt oder im technischen Bereich von Vorteil

- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) und idealerweise Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischer Software

- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
