Einsatzort: Headquarter Wien

Deine Aufgaben

* Organisation und Koordination der laufenden administrativen Abläufe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Assistentin der Bereichsleitung und dem Team

* Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Vertragsunterlagen sowie Bearbeitung des laufenden Schriftverkehrs für alle Baustellenbelange

* Planung und Koordination von Besprechungen und Terminen inklusive Raumvorbereitung, Verpflegung und Betreuung der Teilnehmenden

* Strukturierte Verwaltung, Aufbereitung und Ablage projektbezogener Unterlagen und Dokumentationen

* Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Fachbereichen, Baustellen und externen Ansprechpartner_innen sowie Sicherstellung einer verlässlichen Kommunikation

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HAK oder vergleichbar) sowie idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Koordination organisatorischer Abläufe.

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook, Grundkenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil

* Gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis, rasche Auffassungsgabe und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Serviceorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
