Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Assistent_in Qualitätssicherung (m/w/x) Standort: Wien ,AT

Abteilung: Quality Assurance and Hygiene

Anstellungsart: Full-time

Stellenbeschreibung

* Überprüfung der Einhaltung der internen Food Safety Standards

* Tägliche Aufarbeitung und Prüfung der HACCP Standards und entsprechende Dokumentation

* Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen, v.a. im Airline Catering

* Durchführung von internen Qualitäts- und Food-Safety Audits

* Durchführung von Hygieneschulungen

* Umsetzung und Kontrolle des Reinigungsplans

* Durchführung täglicher Hygienerundgänge

* Unterstützung des regionalen Hygiene-Managers bei der Vorbereitung von Behörden- und Kundenbegehungen

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung (HTL/FH für Lebensmitteltechnik/Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eine entsprechende gastronomische oder lebensmittelspezifische Lehrausbildung mit Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Hygiene/HACCP)

* Idealerweise berufsspezifische Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft flexibel zu arbeiten (Dienstzeiten Mo-So 6:00 - 19:00)

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office)

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift (weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)

* Hohe Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
