Dit ga je doen - Als assistent locatiemanager ben jij de rechterhand van de locatiemanager van onze productielocatie. - Jij stemt de werkzaamheden van planning, logistiek, kwaliteit en technische dienst met elkaar af en je stuurt dagelijks jouw collega's van de productie aan. - Jij houdt de productieplanning in de gaten en je stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je bewaakt de productieprocessen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. - Je krijgt de vrijheid om verbeteringen door te voeren en actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van onze organisatie. - Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de machines. Jij plant hiervoor het onderhoud in en zorgt ervoor dat ze zo optimaal kunnen draaien. - Je werkt binnen een hecht team. - Je weet jouw collega's te motiveren en draagt zo bij aan een prettige werksfeer en een optimaal resultaat. - Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid en gezondheid van medewerkers op de werkvloer en het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschrift.
