Functieomschrijving

  • Je werkt als assistent maintenance manager in een industriële omgeving waar techniek de kern van alles is.
  • Geen puur bureauwerk, wel een combinatie van meewerken en coördineren.
  • Je ondersteunt de maintenance manager en het technisch team.
  • Concreet betekent dit dat je zelf meewerkt aan onderhoud en herstellingen van machines, zowel elektrisch als mechanisch.
  • Tegelijk stuur je een klein team techniekers aan en zorg je dat het werk vooruitgaat.
  • Je coördineert interventies, volgt onderhoudswerken op en denkt mee over hoe processen efficiënter kunnen.
  • Zie je dat iets beter kan? Dan wordt er verwacht dat je dat ook zegt én helpt uitvoeren.
  • Daarnaast neem je ook organisatorische taken op: planning mee bewaken, administratieve opvolging en inspringen waar nodig.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de maintenance manager neem jij het over.
  • Je werkt in dagregime, maar bent flexibel om bij te springen in ploegen indien nodig.
  • Dit is een job voor iemand die technisch sterk is, maar ook graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over mensen en processen.

Wat heb je nodig om hier goed te starten:

  • Ervaring met onderhoud en herstellingen in een industriële omgeving
  • Sterk technisch inzicht (elektrisch en mechanisch)
  • Je kan een team aansturen en motiveren
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en denkt vooruit
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen nemen
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk
  • Technische opleiding is mooi meegenomen, maar ervaring telt even goed
