Bij Multiclean zoeken we een Assistent Objectleider Schoonmaak, iemand die ondersteunt, meedenkt én meedoet. Je werkt ongeveer 50% mee in de schoonmaak en ondersteunt voor de overige 50% de Objectleider bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Objectleider ondersteun je de Objectleider bij meerdere schoonmaakobjecten binnen jouw werkgebied. Je combineert leidinggeven met meewerken en bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer. ✔ Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse aansturing van schoonmaakmedewerkers ✔ Meedenken over planning en verdeling van werkzaamheden ✔ Meewerken in de schoonmaak op verschillende locaties ✔ Bewaken van kwaliteit en gemaakte afspraken ✔ Aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers en opdrachtgevers ✔ Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen ✔ Toezien op naleving van afspraken en veiligheidsvoorschriften Wat vragen wij van jou? ✔ Ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van medewerkers is een pré ✔ MBO werk- en denkniveau of relevante werkervaring ✔ Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden ✔ Hands-on mentaliteit ✔ Klantgericht, verantwoordelijk en stressbestendig ✔ Beschikbaar voor 32-38 uur per week, verdeeld over 5 werkdagen van maandag t/m vrijdag ...
