Heb je ervaring in een productieomgeving en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op? Als assistent ploegchef in de dooizaal combineer je meewerken op de werkvloer met het ondersteunen van je collega's. Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van het productieproces, houdt de installaties goed draaiende en groeit stap voor stap in een coachende rol.

Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt samen met de ploegchef voor een vlot en kwaliteitsvol productieproces.

  • Je stelt machines en installaties correct in en bedient ze zelfstandig.
  • Je controleert het pekelproces, de aanvoer naar de dooiband en het dooiproces.
  • Je beheert de voorraad toevoegmiddelen en vult deze aan met de elektrische transpallet.
  • Je werkt actief mee met de productiemedewerkers en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor je collega's en helpt hen op een rustige en duidelijke manier verder.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem: de vroege ploeg van 5u55 tot 14u00 en de late ploeg van 14u00 tot 22u05.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en weet collega's op een positieve manier mee te nemen.
  • Je houdt van een actieve job waarin je zowel met mensen als met machines bezig bent.
  • Je staat open om bij te leren en op termijn verder door te groeien.
