Als Assistent Vestigingsmanager Trucks ben jij de rechterhand van de Vestigingsmanager. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als collega's. Is de Vestigingsmanager afwezig? Dan neem jij met vertrouwen de leiding en houd je de vestiging draaiende. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen de werkplaats, de klanten en het team. Je houdt overzicht, zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw werkzaamheden: Je plant en coördineert de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats. Je ondersteunt de Vestigingsmanager bij de dagelijkse aansturing van de vestiging. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor uitstekende service. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid van de vestiging. Je motiveert collega's en helpt het team iedere dag een stap verder. Je springt bij in de werkplaats wanneer dat nodig is. Wie ben jij? Je hebt ervaring binnen de automotive-, truck- of bedrijfswagenbranche en bent toe aan een volgende stap in je carrière. Je vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en krijgt energie van samenwerken. Daarnaast: Heb je minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. Heb je enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen de automotive of truckbranche. Ben je klantgericht, communicatief sterk en organisatorisch goed onderlegd. Neem je initiatief en weet je collega's op een positieve manier te motiveren. Woon je binnen 30 kilometer van de vestiging. Ben je in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
