Bij dit OK Tankstation werk je op een dynamische locatie in Amsterdam (Nieuwe Hemweg) waar jij niet alleen meewerkt op de vloer, maar ook het team aanstuurt en overzicht houdt. Met afwisselend werk, verantwoordelijkheid, vaste uren en collega's die voor elkaar klaarstaan, zorg jij dat alles soepel draait en gasten met een goed gevoel weer op weg gaan. Door de overname van bp-tankstations worden locaties stap voor stap omgebouwd naar de herkenbare OK-uitstraling. Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Station Manager heb je een veelzijdige baan waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Jij bent de rechterhand van de Station Manager en zorgt dat de dagelijkse operatie goed verloopt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen en motiveren van het team - Werven, inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's - Maken en beheren van het rooster - Meewerken in de winkel, keuken en aan de kassa - Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en goed georganiseerde locatie - Klanten helpen en zorgen voor een fijne ervaring - Overnemen van taken bij afwezigheid van de Station Manager Je werkt soms op de vloer en soms meer op de achtergrond. Juist die combinatie maakt deze functie uitdagend en leuk. Werktijden en contract - Je bent 24 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend - Diensten zijn gemiddeld 3 tot 8 uur per dag, en kunnen zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds zijn - Rooster is minimaal 3 weken van te voren bekend Wat krijg je van ons...
