De winkels en hoeves van Henri Willig zijn inmiddels een begrip in Nederland. Voor onze grootste cheese farm store Amsterdams Kaashuis, zoeken wij een enthousiaste Assistent Storemanager. Door middel van 'Storytelling' brengen wij het prachtige verhaal over ons familiebedrijf en het ambacht van het kaasmaken over op onze bezoekers. Onze bezoekers gaan met een glimlach op hun gezicht en met een ervaring rijker weer naar buiten! Wat ga je doen - Je bent het gezicht van onze kaasbeleving en draagt dit ook uit. Je werkt in een traditionele boeren kaaswinkel in traditionele oud-Hollandse kleding. Je bezorgt hiermee onze gasten samen met je team een mooie tijd in de winkel en werkt met alle andere winkelwerkzaamheden mee waarmee je een 'wij gevoel' in de winkel creëert. - Je coacht, faciliteert en inspireert je teamleden zodat zij het maximale uit zich zelf halen en zich verder ontwikkelen binnen het team en het bedrijf. - Je stimuleert je teamleden om taken en verantwoordelijkheden op zich te nemen zodat de winkel ook bij jouw afwezigheid op rolletjes loopt. - Samen met de storemanager zorg jij ervoor dat alle (administratieve) winkelprocessen goed verlopen. - Door de bovenstaande zaken met toewijding in te vullen behaalt jouw team resultaten waar zowel jij als het bedrijf trots op zijn!
