Functieomschrijving In de rol van assistent supervisor ben je bij afwezigheid van de supervisor verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse controle van alle productie in de fabriek. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat producten efficiënt worden geproduceerd en dat de juiste hoeveelheid goederen tijdig wordt geproduceerd. Jouw werkzaamheden hierin zijn: - Het plannen, organiseren en uitvoeren van de productie volgens de vastgestelde planning. - Het efficiënt inzetten van mensen, machines, grondstoffen en energie. - Het opstellen en opvolgen van de planning voor de productie van halffabricaten. - Het motiveren, ondersteunen en begeleiden van alle medewerkers binnen de ploeg. - Het signaleren en melden van problemen of obstakels aan de productiemanager. - Het houden van toezicht op het werk van medewerkers binnen de ploeg.
