Janssen - Geudens BV is een ambitieus en ambachtelijk familiebedrijf in Tielen, het hart van de Kempen. Met JG Foodservice beleveren we horeca, supermarkten, festivals en andere professionele klanten. Daarnaast staan we als JG Kipspecialiteiten al meer dan 45 jaar op lokale markten en standplaatsen met onze succesvolle kippenkramen.

Sinds onze verhuis naar ons gloednieuw ambachtelijk voedingsatelier in Tielen zijn we in volle groei. Hierdoor zoeken we een Assistent Teamleader als rechterhand van onze productieverantwoordelijke, om onze vaste teams te versterken.

Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van samenwerken en het ondersteunen (door bij te springen waar nodig) en aansturen van teams en bij voorkeur achter de schermen? Dan ben JIJ misschien wel de JG-collega die we zoeken.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag, telkens met een start om 7u00. Het aantal uren per week en de einduren bespreken we samen, zodat we tot een vast en haalbaar uurrooster komen. Voltijds is ideaal, maar ook een deeltijdse samenwerking is bespreekbaar.

We zijn vooral op zoek naar iemand die samen met ons een duurzame samenwerking op lange termijn wil aangaan.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

Binnenkomst van goederen

  • Goederen ontvangen, registreren en sorteren
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte opstart van de werkdag

B2C – ateliertaken

  • Kruiden van ribben, billen, kippen, ...
  • Marktwagens uitladen en na terugkomst van de ochtendmarkt opnieuw bijladen
  • De kippenkramen netjes en verzorgd vullen
  • Afwas, opkuis en afsluit van het atelier
  • BBQ's voorbereiden: materialen klaarzetten en checklists opvolgen

B2B – ateliertaken

  • Bestellingen klaarmaken voor onze horecaklanten
  • Producten verpakken en etiketteren
  • Mee toezien op orde, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid in het atelier
  • We zoeken vooral iemand die: graag praktisch en actief bezig is; niet bang is om de handen vuil te maken; graag de handen uit de mouwen steken. verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen; goed kan samenwerken en communiceren met collega's; graag mee de dagelijkse werking van een team in goede banen leidt; een goede werkethiek heeft en afspraken nakomt. Ervaring met handenarbeid of een gelijkaardige werkomgeving is belangrijk. Onze collega's hebben uiteenlopende achtergronden qua werkervaring. Je hoeft dus zeker geen ervaring te hebben in een keuken of voedingsbedrijf om bij ons te starten, maar het is uiteraard wel een pluspunt, zeker als je specifiek met vlees en/of versnijdingen hebt gewerkt. Motivatie, inzet en de juiste ingesteldheid minstens even belangrijk. Kennis van HACCP en de voorschriften voor FAVV zijn een pluspunt. We voorzien intern de nodige toelichtingen en opleidingen, zodat je de job stap voor stap leert kennen. We hebben ook een intranet waar je heel wat praktische info en werkwijzen kan vinden. Bovendien sta je er nooit alleen voor. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je ondersteunen waar nodig. En dankzij het gevarieerde takenpakket is elke werkdag verschillend.

Een basiskennis van het Nederlands is belangrijk om vlot met jouw collega's te kunnen communiceren, aangezien Nederlands de voertaal is in ons atelier.
