Ben jij een ervaren winkelmedewerker die klaar is voor een volgende stap? Heb je ervaring binnen een supermarkt of voedingswinkel en wil je graag doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende functie? Neem jij graag verantwoordelijkheid en krijg je energie van het begeleiden en motiveren van collega’s?

Takenpakket

Als Assistent Teamleader ondersteun je de Teamleader bij de dagelijkse werking van de winkel. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het team efficiënt kan werken en klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

  • Je ondersteunt bij het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers
  • Je helpt mee bij het opmaken en opvolgen van de werkplanning binnen een 38-urenweek
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en een vlotte organisatie op de werkvloer
  • Je houdt mee toezicht op orde, netheid en een aantrekkelijke presentatie van de winkel
  • Je werkt actief mee in de winkel, bijvoorbeeld aan de kassa, bij het aanvullen en bij het helpen van klanten
  • Je draagt bij aan een optimale klantenservice en zorgt ervoor dat klanten tevreden de winkel verlaten
  • Bij afwezigheid van de Teamleader neem je de nodige verantwoordelijkheden over

Profielomschrijving

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een supermarkt, voedingswinkel of gelijkaardige winkelomgeving
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en neemt spontaan initiatief
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega’s op een positieve manier te motiveren
  • Klantgerichtheid staat bij jou centraal en je hebt oog voor een goede service
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig en weet ook op drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt graag actief mee op de werkvloer
  • Je bent bereid om in wisselende uren en tijdens weekends te werken
