Jouw rol:

Als Assistent - Teamleider Productie zorg je voor een efficiënte en vlotte werking van de montagelijn.

Samen met jouw team streef je naar het tijdig behalen van de vooropgestelde doelstellingen

Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Het technisch aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van medewerkers;
  • Fungeren als back-up voor de teamleider bij afwezigheid;
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en productiviteit binnen de afdeling;
  • Actief ondersteunen bij technische vragen en, indien nodig, zelf meewerken;
  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van orde, netheid, veiligheid en ergonomie volgens de 5S-methodiek;
  • Het begeleiden van de dagstart en het up-to-date houden van het teambord;
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne communicatie en rapportages

Wij zoeken iemand met:

  • Een basiskennis elektriciteit of mechanica;
  • Ervaring in een technische werkomgeving;
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels;
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de bereidheid om zelf bij te springen waar nodig;
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden om teams te motiveren en efficiënt aan te sturen;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om helder overleg te voeren met teamleden en andere afdelingen.
