Je krijgt een maandsalaris tussen € 3.300 en € 3.800 bruto op basis van 40 uur, ploegentoeslagen, 25 verlofdagen, 8% vakantiegeld en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Ervaring met leidinggeven is een pré, maar geen must. - 40 uren per week - tussen €3300 en €3800 per maand - Werving en selectie Als Assistent Warehousemanager stuur je samen met vijf collega's de afdelingen binnen het productieproces aan. Je zorgt voor structuur, veiligheid en efficiëntie, houdt overzicht en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. 1 Dit ga je doen - Je bewaakt het overzicht op de vloer: je stuurt aan, beantwoordt vragen en springt bij waar nodig - Je zorgt ervoor dat de voorraad tijdig wordt aangevuld, zodat het orderpick proces soepel en zonder onderbrekingen verloopt. - Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen - Je lost operationele problemen direct op en schakelt snel bij drukte - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid tijdens je shift en zorgt dat er volgens de juiste procedures wordt gewerkt. - Een maandsalaris tussen € 3.300 en € 3.800 bruto op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring - Ploegentoeslagen conform CAO: - 140% tussen 05:30 - 07:00 uur - 25 verlofdagen op basis van een fulltime (40 uur) dienstverband - Een dynamische en moderne werkomgeving binnen een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is - Leuke extra's, zoals vers fruit op werk, sporten met korting, een maandelijkse gezamenlijke lunch met collega's en diverse (sportieve) activiteiten waaraan je kan deelnemen. - Je krijgt energie van het aansturen en motiveren van collega's en zorgt voor heldere afspraken - Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert duidelijk en denkt in praktische oplossingen - Je b...
