Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest selbstständig und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig laufen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Mission

* Du hältst unser Backoffice am Laufen - strukturiert, eigenständig und zuverlässig

* Du bist Sparringspartner:in der Geschäftsleitung und unterstützt im Tagesgeschäft

* Du bringst dein Know-how in Transport & Logistik, HR, Marketing und BWL ein

* Du arbeitest an Projekten, Reports und Auswertungen mit echtem Impact

* Du koordinierst interne und externe Schnittstellen und sorgst dafür, dass Dinge erledigt werden

Was du mitbringst

* Wirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erfahrung & Fachwissen in Logistik/Transport, HR, Marketing und BWL

* Hands-on-Mentalität und den Willen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität & Einsatzbereitschaft - Überstunden sind für dich kein Drama

* Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent & klare Kommunikation
