Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Assistenz der Spartenleitung Agrar mit Führungsperspektive Standort: Kärnten/Klagenfurt

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung der Spartenleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft.

* Vorbereitung von Analysen, Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

* Aufbereitung und Mitarbeit bei Investitionsprojekten.

* Koordination von Genehmigungsverfahren

* GMP+ Auditierung sowie Koordination und Abwicklung von Bodenanalysen

* Aushilfsweise Vertretung von Agrarverkäufern auf Agrarstandorten

* Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen.

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit agrarischen Hintergrund (Lehre, HAK, HBLA, FH oder vergleichbar).

* Erste Berufserfahrung in Assistenz, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion.

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.

* Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten.

* Interesse an Agrarwirtschaft und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.

* Eigeninitiative, Diskretion und Freude daran, Dinge voranzutreiben.
