Voor het facilityteam van DreamLand in Lot zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Administratief Medewerker Facility.

In deze functie ondersteun je de dagelijkse facilitywerking voor de winkels in België en Nederland. Je zorgt ervoor dat meldingen, afspraken en dossiers correct worden opgevolgd en dat administratie en documentatie steeds up-to-date zijn.

Je hebt regelmatig contact met winkels, leveranciers en servicepartners. Een technische achtergrond is absoluut geen vereiste. Motivatie, nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de wil om bij te leren zijn voor ons veel belangrijker.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Administratief Medewerker Facility sta je mee in voor de administratieve ondersteuning van het facilityteam.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Opvolgen van meldingen en aanvragen vanuit de winkels
  • Administratief opvolgen van lopende dossiers en acties
  • Afspraken en interventies opvolgen met leveranciers en servicepartners
  • Administratie en documentatie correct bijhouden
  • Contact onderhouden met winkels in België en Nederland
  • Telefonisch en per mail communiceren met leveranciers en externe partners
  • Verschillende dossiers en acties tegelijkertijd opvolgen
  • Controleren of gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen
  • Waar nodig initiatief nemen en praktische oplossingen zoeken
  • De facility manager en collega's ondersteunen in de dagelijkse werking

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en ervoor zorgt dat zaken vooruitgaan.

  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht
  • Je neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar stemt ook graag af met collega's
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig
  • Je staat open om nieuwe systemen, processen en materie aan te leren
  • Je communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt een basiskennis Frans en kan eenvoudige gesprekken begrijpen en voeren

Geen ervaring binnen Facility? Geen probleem!

Een technische achtergrond of eerdere ervaring binnen Facility is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.

Ook als je aan het begin van je carrière staat en vooral sterk bent in administratie, opvolging en communicatie, ben je welkom. We vinden motivatie, leergierigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin belangrijker dan het aantal jaren ervaring.
