Grensarbeid zoekt voor de Stichting Pergamijn een Assisterend begeleider in Echt.

Wat ga je doen? Als Assisterend Begeleider bied je meer dan alleen zorg. Je moedigt cliënten aan om het beste uit zichzelf te halen en zo brengt elke dag iets nieuws.

Je ziet wat cliënten nodig hebben en speelt daar flexibel op in. De ene keer help je bij het bereiden van een maaltijd, de andere keer ga je samen naar buiten voor een wandeling of speel je samen een spelletje. Ook ondersteun je in de zorg bij de ADL momenten.

Waar ga je werken? Bij Pergamijn werk je met verschillende doelgroepen binnen de gehandicaptenzorg, waaronder mensen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking (LVB), matige verstandelijke beperking (MVB) en ernstige of meervoudige verstandelijke beperking (EVB/EMB). Daarnaast zijn er cliënten met complex gedrag of moeilijk verstaanbaar

gedrag (MVG of + groepen), die vaak intensieve begeleiding, structuur en specialistische ondersteuning nodig hebben. De begeleiding is altijd gericht op eigen regie en het stimuleren van de mogelijkheden van de cliënt, met passende ondersteuning in zorg, wonen en dagbesteding.

Je komt te werken op één van onze woongroepen in Echt.

Je hebt een zorgdiploma dat vergelijkbaar is met een Nederlands mbo-niveau 2 zoals Verzorgende of Zorgkundige. Ook heb je affiniteit met de gehandicaptenzorg. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de avonduren en weekenden en werkt graag samen in een team.
