Niet als bijrol, maar als ruggengraat van de Nederlandse hypotheekmarkt. Over deze functie Wat ga je doen? Je maakt deel uit van het Risk Management team (12 collega's) binnen Business Unit Finance & Risk in Amersfoort. Als Assurance Specialist werk je vanuit de tweede lijn binnen de Risk Management & Compliance functie van Business Unit. Je ondersteunt het team bij het bewaken van de 'in-control' status van de organisatie door middel van control testing, rapportage en opvolging. Je werkt samen met Risk Managers, de eerste lijn, Audit (derde lijn) en externe accountants. Je rapporteert aan de lead Assurance. De rol is primair operationeel van aard: jij zorgt dat controls niet alleen goed zijn opgezet, maar ook aantoonbaar werken. Van het ontwerpen van beheersmaatregelen en testplannen tot het bewaken dat processen en documentatie actueel, volledig en effectief blijven.
