Zoek je een job in een atelier waar je alles stap voor stap kan leren? Dan is dit een mooie kans voor iemand die graag praktisch werkt en wil groeien in een technische omgeving.

Voor een technische speler in regio Zwevezele zoeken we een ateliermedewerker. Ervaring is geen must: motivatie, technisch inzicht en goesting om bij te leren zijn minstens even belangrijk. Geen diploma-parade nodig dus, gewoon iemand die wil werken, nadenkt en niet schrikt van een atelieromgeving. Heerlijk verfrissend.

Wat ga je doen?

Als ateliermedewerker werk je mee in het atelier. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking en leert stap voor stap de kneepjes van het vak.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • je werkt mee in het atelier in Zwevezele;
  • je ondersteunt bij technische en praktische werkzaamheden;
  • je helpt bij het klaarzetten, verplaatsen en verwerken van materialen;
  • je werkt ordelijk en veilig;
  • je denkt praktisch mee;
  • je leert nieuwe taken aan op de werkvloer;
  • je werkt samen met collega’s om alles vlot te laten verlopen.

Heb je ervaring met de heftruck? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Geen ervaring? Geen paniek, hier wordt veel aangeleerd. Zolang je technisch inzicht en de juiste werkmentaliteit meebrengt, kom je al ver.

We zoeken iemand die praktisch ingesteld is, Nederlands spreekt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Jij herkent jezelf hierin:

  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands;
  • je hebt technisch inzicht;
  • ervaring is niet nodig, je wil vooral bijleren;
  • ervaring met de heftruck is een pluspunt;
  • je bent flexibel;
  • je werkt graag in een atelier;
  • je bent handig en praktisch ingesteld;
  • je werkt veilig en nauwkeurig;
  • je bent gemotiveerd en betrouwbaar.

Kort gezegd: jij hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen, maar je moet wel willen leren. En eerlijk: dat is vaak meer waard dan iemand die denkt dat hij alles al weet.
