In een modern atelier in de regio Mechelen wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan unieke beursstanden, maatwerkinterieurs en opvallende merkbelevingen voor nationale en internationale projecten. Van creatieve concepten tot de uiteindelijke uitwerking en plaatsing: de organisatie verzorgt het volledige traject in eigen beheer. Binnen het vaste atelierteam krijgt vakmanschap alle ruimte. Als gespecialiseerd ateliermedewerker neem je het heft in handen bij het voorbereiden, instellen en bedienen van de hoogwaardige CNC-machine en afkantmachine. Daarnaast bouw je samen met enthousiaste collega's, projectleiders en technisch tekenaars aan gevarieerde maatwerkprojecten waarin kwaliteit, precisie en het ontdekken van nieuwe technieken en materialen centraal staan.

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan nemen over onze CNC en afkantmachine, maar die zich tegelijk als schrijnwerker thuis voelt in een hands-on productieomgeving.

Jij beschikt over:

  • Ervaring als schrijnwerker, CNC-operator, meubelmaker of ateliermedewerker.
  • Ervaring met CNC-gestuurde houtbewerkingsmachines.
  • Ervaring met een afkantmachine is een belangrijke troef.
  • Goede kennis van plaatmaterialen, hout, beslag en maatwerk.
  • Het vermogen om technische tekeningen en productiedossiers correct te lezen.
  • Technisch inzicht en een sterk gevoel voor nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit.
  • Een zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en ownership over je machines en werkpost.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om ook andere atelierwerkzaamheden uit te voeren.
  • Een collegiale ingesteldheid en zin om deel uit te maken van een sterk productieteam.

Ervaring binnen standenbouw, interieurbouw, schrijnwerk of maatwerkmeubilair is uiteraard een grote troef.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van de CNC-machine.
  • Bedienen en instellen van de afkantmachine.
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van CNC-bestanden en productietekeningen.
  • Verzagen, frezen, boren en bewerken van plaatmateriaal.
  • Afkanten van plaatmateriaal met verschillende soorten kanten en materialen.
  • Controleren van maatvoering, kwaliteit en afwerking.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van problemen tijdens het productieproces.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiente productie en optimaal materiaalgebruik.
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijks basisonderhoud en zorgvuldig omgaan met de machines.
  • Meewerken aan algemeen schrijnwerk, maatwerk en assemblage in het atelier.
  • Overleggen met technisch tekenaars wanneer productiedossiers verder geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden.
  • Meedenken over een efficiente organisatie en werking van het atelier.
