The posting

La Chambre des représentants constitue, avec le Sénat, le Parlement fédéral belge. Elle assure, à l’échelon fédéral, notamment la majeure partie du travail législatif, elle contrôle le gouvernement, adopte le budget et peut créer des commissions d’enquête.

Les services de la Chambre lui apportent à cet effet un appui de qualité, tant dans le cadre des travaux parlementaires que sur le plan administratif et logistique. Nous veillons également à ce que les activités de la Chambre soient transparentes et accessibles pour le citoyen. En tant que fonctionnaires de la Chambre, nous agissons toujours en conformité avec nos valeurs : la motivation, l’intégrité, le respect, l’esprit d’équipe et la flexibilité.

Ses missions :

  • Vous concevez les projets d’adaptation, de rénovation et de maintenance des installations électriques (haute et basse tension pour usage tertiaire) et électroniques (systèmes de vote, systèmes de conférence, contrôles d’accès, CCTV, détection incendie, téléphonie), le cas échéant avec l’appui d’un bureau d’études extérieur ;
  • Vous assurez, dans la langue de l’entrepreneur (français ou néerlandais), le suivi et le contrôle des travaux confiés aux entreprises extérieures, le cas échéant avec l’appui d’un bureau d’études externe ;
  • Vous assurez, dans la langue du bureau d’études (français ou néerlandais) le suivi et le contrôle des missions confiées à des bureaux d’études externe ;
  • Vous rédigez les parties techniques des cahiers des charges en vue de désigner les prestataires extérieurs (entrepreneurs et bureaux d’études) en collaboration avec la cellule marchés publics ;
  • En dehors de votre domaine de compétence spécifique, vous assurez toute tâche nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l’équipe administrative du service Infrastructure, en ce compris les gardes du soir (maximum une fois par semaine en période d’activité parlementaire).

Qui-êtes vous?

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de master(*) en ingénierie civile ou en ingénierie industrielle, avec une spécialisation en électricité, électromécanique ou électronique, en français ou en néerlandais
  • Vous avez au moins deux ans d’expérience récente démontrable dans le domaine des installations électriques, plus précisément en basse tension dans les batiments et/ou en courant faible
  • Bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral ;
